We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a long‑term care setting. This role involves day‑to‑day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

• Communicate timely with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition.
• Complete all applicable resident assessments.
• Administer medication following the 5 Rights.
• Perform wound care and assessments as needed.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred).
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• One year of experience in a long‑term care setting.
