Location: Strum
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) for full-time day visits in Strum, Eleva, Osseo, Fairchild and surrounding communities. You will deliver individualized, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes to promote recovery, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities include in-home assessments, wound care, infusions, medication management, caregiver education, and care-team coordination to prevent hospitalizations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
