Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting? If so, our healthcare partner is looking for someone like you to join their team in New Lisbon, WI. This role is vital in assisting with day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

• Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition
• Completing all applicable resident assessments
• Performing wound care and assessments as needed
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition
• Acting as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
• Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
• A two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred)
• A current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
