We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of care in southwestern Wisconsin.

At Care and Rehab – Boscobel, we pride ourselves on having happy residents, families AND staff. The Nurse is a vital role on our health care team. The right candidate will have the following skills:

• Displays competency in the RN or LPN role;
• Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation.
• Must be reliable, engaged and efficient.
• Completes med pass and treatments.
• Supervises C.N.A. staff.
• Updates physicians and families.
• Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies.
• Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in condition.
