NOC-VARIABLE 13-week contract 6P-6A SATURDAY SUNDAY || 10P-6A MON-FRI NO WEARING EARBUDS WHILE ON THE FLOOR!! PCC No Scrub color

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and facility policies.
• Educate residents and families on treatments and healthcare plans.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care while maintaining quality standards.

• Active WI LPN/LVN License.
• Minimum 1 year of LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ability to work Evening shifts with occasional Day shifts.
• Must be available to work Every Other Weekend (EOW).
• Willing to work 5 x 8-hour shifts per week.
• Overtime availability is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
