The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, accurate documentation, and effective communication with healthcare teams to ensure resident well-being.

  The Nursing Home Registered Nurse assists with daily nursing activities, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for healthcare. Responsibilities include timely communication of resident condition changes, completing assessments, medication administration following the 5 Rights, wound care, assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), monitoring residents, and acting as a leader on the floor. Maintaining accurate resident records and reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation are also essential duties.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. A two-year degree in nursing is required, with a four-year degree preferred. Candidates must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license, possess current CPR/BLS certification, and have at least one year of related work experience preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Schedule:
  
  Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
