What You’ll DoProvide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly
Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
