Location: Edgerton
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities Include- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing tailored care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient care when needed.
- Serving as a resource for staff, supporting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrating patient victories and milestones.
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Empathy, compassion, and dedication to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and support colleagues.
