Additional Offerings- $3,000 Sign on Bonus (Full Time)!
- Full Time: 2nd Shift
- Part Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts
- Starting Pay: $25/hour + Shift Differentials
- 8-Hour Shifts
- 65-Bed Facility

What You'll Do- Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
- Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
- Immediately report any violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights
- Current Wisconsin CNA license (required)
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
