Description
At The Richland Hospital,
our patients above all else is the foundation of everything we do. The Richland Hospital is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our patient care team. This position consists primarily of 12-hour shifts and includes every third weekend and a holiday rotation.
As a member of the direct care team, the CNA is responsible for complete and accurate data collection and documentation, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities, and effective communication and collaboration with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload and achieve positive patient outcomes.
The CNA promotes a cohesive work environment and interacts professionally and effectively with patients, families, physicians, coworkers, and other members of the healthcare team.
Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and accurately document patient information
- Provide routine and delegated direct patient care
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
