Skilled Nursing RN - Days
A Skilled Nursing RN is needed for a day-shift opening in Richland Center, Wisconsin 53581. The position is based at 25951 Circle View Lane in a skilled nursing environment. The RN will support residents and the nursing team during the morning schedule. This opening includes an every-other-weekend obligation and requires dependable availability for the stated shift hours.

- Shift: 8-hour days, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend - Setting:
Skilled nursing
- Provide resident-centered nursing support within the skilled nursing setting.
- Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift.
- Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities.
- RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
- Ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule.
- Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
- Ability to complete the responsibilities of a day-shift skilled nursing RN.
