Long Term Care RN

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a facility in Hayward, Wisconsin. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing health status, developing care plans, administering treatments, and supervising staff such as LPNs and CNAs.

• Assessing resident health and monitoring changes
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing skilled procedures like wound care and IV therapy
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff
• Educating residents and families on health management
• Documenting care and responding to emergencies
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality, coordinated care
• Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• One year of recent LTC RN experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification
• Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
• Visual acuity and sensory communication skills
