Required Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Proven experience in med-surg (MS) environments
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Proficient in adapting to fast-paced, varied care settings
  • BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
  • Flexibility and positive attitude to thrive in new settings
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in a med-surg unit
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Accurately monitor, record, and report patients symptoms and progress
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
  • Ensure all procedures and documentation meet facility and legal standards

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
