Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the AM shift.

We're a small, community-focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where getting to know our residents and working as a team truly matters. If you're looking for a place where your work is meaningful and your coworkers know you by name, we'd love to hear from you.

• Part-Time
• AM Shift
• LPN: $25.00/hr
• RN: $34.00/hr
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Nursing home experience preferred, but we're happy to talk with qualified candidates

As an LPN/RN, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the rest of the care team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents' needs
• Administering medications and treatments
• Completing accurate and timely documentation
• Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
• Working collaboratively with CNAs and other nursing staff
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the people who call AHR home

• Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license in good standing
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
• Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
