Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ladysmith, WI. This position is for the PM shift and requires a skilled nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time 32 - 40 hours
8-hour shifts
Every other Weekend
Every other Holiday
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care during the PM shift, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience working the PM shift preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
