Shift Requirements: 12hr Nights,

Weekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend (10/16-10/18 first weekend)

(WKD includes Fri/Sat/Sun)

Holiday:
Night of Thanksgiving, Xmas day night and New Years Day night (we include the eves in our rotation, but for nights it's the night of the holiday)

Certifications:

WI RN license, AHB BLS & AHA ACLS

Minimum Experience:

2+ years Med/Surg experience. Acute medical patients from ED and Transitional Care rehab stays

Experience:

EPIC experience preferred

Unit Overview: 25 Bed, Critical Access hospital Med Surg Unit - General Medical, Continued Recovery patients, Infusion patients. (Medical Patients)
Patient ratio is 1:5-6;
Good CNA support 1:4-7

Scrubs:
Navy blue;
Top- navy, black or white, Bottom-navy, black or white (should not wear all black, all other combinations are fine)
