Travel LPN Long Term Care

Block schedule: EOW Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed.

Requirements

Current license and registration to practice as a healthcare professional.
Relevant certifications for the specialty required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty area.
Familiarity with EMR systems as applicable.
Specific skills related to the unit of assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as per specialty standards.
Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
Educate patients and families regarding health-related topics.
