Calumet County is seeking compassionate, dependable RNs to join our HHC/Hospice team in a part-time, flexible scheduling role. This position offers weekend, afternoon/evening shifts and other open hours based on department needs and personal availability.
Under supervision of the HHC/Hospice Supervisor, the RN provides nursing services tailored to home health care and hospice patients, plans and implements care, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
