Qualifications- solid plant identification skills
- strong communication and time management experience
- ability to work effectively independently as well as with a crew of diverse professionals
- stay positive working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
- able to repeatedly lift and carry 40 pounds
- reliable transportation to shifting job sites
Native Niche LLC offers starting pay at $16/hour (higher commensurate with experience), paid training and ongoing professional development, work clothing/gear stipend, IRA with employer match, Health insurance stipend (full-time employees only), and flexible time off.
