Quality Assurance Specialist

Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications.

Collaborate with management and line production staff to achieve most efficient and accurate quality assessments.

Train production line staff in proper production quality practices and basic quality assessment.

Perform detailed inspections of raw materials and final products and confirm they are up to standards.

Monitor production and quality processes and troubleshoot any errors.

Research and gather client and customer feedback for deficiencies in our product. Communicate and implement solutions.

Track, record, and maintain quality assurance data.

Interpret blueprints for the purpose of establishing customers’ critical needs and how they should be measured.

Inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings.

Oversee the ISO requirements and audits.

Manage all quality assurance personnel.
