Conducts process and product audits to ensure SOPs and quality standards;
Implements resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems;
Cross trains in multiple departments and flexes to other stations based on need;
Assist with NPI/ECN changes and other duties as assigned by Quality Supervisor or Manager;
Train others in quality tool usage to implement process improvements to continuously improve quality
