QPS Employment - - Responsibilities:
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance;
Utilize precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to validate dimensions and tolerances;
Review manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality records to ensure adherence to standards;
Accurately document inspection and testing results in quality databases, ERP systems, logs, and related reporting tools;
Identify, document, and communicate product defects and nonconformances to appropriate personnel
