Location: Park Falls
Pella Corporation is hiring a Quality Technician to support and sustain quality across manufacturing processes. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and help implement continuous improvements in product quality and performance, while contributing to problem-solving and quality projects during new product introductions.
The role offers a starting pay of $24.75 per hour with automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
