Quality Control Manager

We're seeking an experienced quality leader with a strong background in precast concrete manufacturing, quality assurance, and production operations to join our team as a Quality Control Manager
. In this role, you'll lead quality programs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across our precast manufacturing operations.

• Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for our facility, ensuring products meet PCI, ACI, ASTM, regulatory, and customer specifications.
• Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Control Technicians
• Oversee inspections, testing, and quality monitoring throughout production
• Ensure compliance with PCI, ACI, ASTM, and company quality standards
• Manage concrete mix designs and optimize for performance, quality, and cost
• Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, and project teams
• Maintain quality documentation, test reports, and compliance records

• 3+ years of quality control experience
• Experience in concrete manufacturing, precast operations, or batch plant quality control
• Background in construction, building materials, or industrial manufacturing
• Ability to interpret shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
