Quality Technician/Inspector Position at Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for our client in Sturtevant, WI for a Quality Technician/Inspector. Company is a packaging product warehouse. Pay is $22.50 an hour. Rotating shift- 7am-7pm.

Quality Technician

Join a dynamic team as a Quality Technician at a leading packaging product warehouse in Racine, WI. About the Role:

As a Quality Technician, you will provide hands-on quality support and leadership within the plant. Your expertise will ensure that products meet customer specifications, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and GMP standards. You'll play an essential role in maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing data, and investigating root causes of issues, all while fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing (blow mold, extrusion, injection, stretch)
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as TQM, 6-Sigma, ISO 9001, and EHS Standards
  • Ability to analyze quality data statistically and facilitate problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and SAP (preferred)
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and multitask effectively
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with GMP practices, Global Food Safety standards
  • Familiarity with rework processes and raw material COA management
  • Previous experience conducting training and participating in internal and external audits
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Recognized academic or professional qualification in quality assurance or related field
  • Manufacturing experience in a similar industry with a focus on quality
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work a rotating shift from 7am to 7pm
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in trials for new products
  • Commitment to safety policies and good housekeeping standards
