Quality Assurance Associate

Overview:

Summit Golf Brands is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. This full-time, entry-level role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys hands-on work. No prior experience is required, we provide full training!

As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll help ensure that every garment we ship meets the high standards our customers expect.

• Inspect incoming shipments to verify garment quality - measuring pieces and checking for stitching issues, stains, missing components, branding accuracy, and more.
• Collaborate with the QA Manager to set daily priorities and workflow.
• Assist with the inspection and processing of refurbished and returned products.
• Support daily QA operations and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements within the department.
• Jump in to support additional projects or departments when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs consistently.

• Experience in Quality Assurance or garment inspection.
• Background in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
