PIER 290 Restaurant in Williams Bay, WI is looking for energetic and personable Bartenders to join our team! As a bartender, you’ll prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, take orders, and provide outstanding service at the bar, on the patio, and even on the beach. PIER 290 serves up the Lake Life as the only waterfront restaurant on Lake Geneva! Guests enjoy beautiful lake views in our dining room, front deck, or covered canopies. Our extensive menu features casual American fare for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Along with dining options, guests can also sit with their toes in the sand and a drink in their hand on our lakefront sandy beach or around our fire pits throughout the summer.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests and servers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests at the bar and beyond
• Check customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar and dining operations

• Appropriate Alcohol Certification
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beer/wine preferred
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Full-time and part-time positions are available. We offer flexible scheduling with evenings and weekends. Holidays are required. Shifts move quickly with a lively crowd and a premium tip pool.
