Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes. Upsell food and beverages using appropriate methods.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Greet guests, present menus, and process payment transactions.
• Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate with guests and provide assistance with questions.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain a proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, clear courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service when applicable (must be 18+ and licensed).
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant par stock levels and side stations.
• Assist with answering telephones and seating guests.

Shifts:

Seasonal and casual positions available. Shifts vary between 5:45 am and 11:00 pm, weekdays and weekends.

• 2+ years of previous serving or bartending experience, preferred.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $2.33-$6.55. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and work location.
