SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

* Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards

* Receiving guests' food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques

* Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards

* Following proper food and liquor handling procedures

* Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices

Skills/Requirements

* We are looking for an applicant who is at least 18 years of age and has the ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire

* The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects is required

* Prior bartending experience preferred
