Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities:
Greet banquet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food;
Assist the banquets team in all aspects of banquets functions from start to finish;
Ensure event spaces are arranged according to specifications and maintain a welcoming environment;
Perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure guests are served promptly;
Read banquet event orders (BEOs) and be familiar with the assigned function's menu
