Encore Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all food handling procedures are strictly followed;
Develop and modify menus to meet the nutritional and dietary needs of individuals with dementia, working closely with healthcare and care teams;
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure meals are both appealing and appropriate for the target population;
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients to prevent contamination;
Communicate effectively with care staff to understand specific dietary restrictions, preferences, and any changes in residents’ health status
