Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is located 20 miles from St. Paul. We are a 65 bed facility that cares for short-term/transitional care/long-term Residents. Our home is owned and managed by Atrium Living Centers. Our Employees honor and respect each resident served while providing thoughtful and exceptional healthcare services in a safe, clean and friendly environment. The cook provides nutritional meals for all residents according to physician orders, dietician recommendations and state and federal guidelines. Role includes preparing and serving meals, snacks and supplements in an attractive and a appetizing manner.

• Must have a sincere caring and interest in the elderly
• Must be capable of regular attendance
• Ability to relate positively to residents and their families and to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Must have the ability to read and write in English, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push/pull up to 35 pounds
• Ability to reach above, below and to the side of body
• Be able to follow menu's and prepare meals for 40-65 residents.
