• Maintain a clean and sanitary dish room environment at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to standard procedures.
• Comply with Indian Health Service (IHS), Wisconsin Health Code, and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations pertaining to food service center’s health and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and sinks.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with casino policies.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or other tasks as needed.
• Prevent cross-contamination by following proper cleaning protocols.
• Maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two forms of , one of which must be a photo .
• Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Must pass a Background Investigation.
• Ability to understand and respond to written order and recipes.
• Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.
• Ability to correctly lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible time periods as required.
• Ability to portion, prepare and present meat, poultry and fish entrees, pasta, and vegetables.
• Ability to use knives, other hand-held instruments and other food preparation equipment.
• Successfully completed a 60-day probationary period.

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for guests. Provide support to kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.
