Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on culinary leadership and operational support across all Kalahari properties.;
Conduct property visits focused on food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, recipe adherence and brand consistency.;
Develop and deliver culinary training programs supporting menu consistency, leadership development and operational excellence.;
Assist with onboarding and developing Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs and other key culinary leaders.;
Support recipe development, menu rollouts, culinary innovation and new operational initiatives.
