General Manager – McDonald’s Franchise Restaurant

Compensation:
Up to $70,000 per year plus performance‑based bonuses. Eligible for full‑time benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, 8 paid holidays, and educational assistance up to $3,000 per year for high school completion and college tuition.

The General Manager (GM) is accountable for operating a profitable, high‑volume restaurant while ensuring strict adherence to McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM leads a team of Department Managers, provides coaching, and is responsible for hiring and developing leadership talent for the restaurant’s future.

• Develop and execute restaurant goals and operational plans in partnership with the Regional Restaurant Manager.
• Lead Department Managers, set individual goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departmental performance.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team.
• Ensure daily compliance with McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Oversee financial performance, including labor, food, and overhead costs.
• Promote a high‑energy, purpose‑driven team culture that emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivery of a positive customer experience.

• Previous General Manager experience operating high‑volume locations in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to achieve operational goals and drive financial performance.
• 18 years of age or older (minimum managerial age requirement).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
