This is a part-time, on-site Cook role located in Danbury, WI. The Cook prepares and cooks menu items to order, following established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Daily tasks include setting up and stocking stations, handling food safely, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The Cook coordinates with servers and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders, assists with inventory and prep, and supports dishwashing and closing duties as needed.

The role also involves following health and safety guidelines and contributing to a cooperative, respectful team environment.

• Experience preparing and cooking food in a restaurant or similar setting; ability to follow recipes and portion standards.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple orders, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and reliable work habits.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred; formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
