Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management
- Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle customer complaints and queries with a courteous and accommodating approach
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support staff growth by providing opportunities for advancement
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and executive skills
- Strong verbal communication and team working abilities
- Confidence, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm for leadership

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers® and Frozen Custard.
