Job Title Franchise Notice

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

Starting pay for this position is $15.00/hr.

• Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards and maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager and prepare them for a great shift.
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals and meet shift targets.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
