Crew Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Everly's is a beloved local ice cream parlor dedicated to serving high-quality, handcrafted ice cream and creating memorable experiences for our customers. We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings, made with the finest ingredients and served with a smile.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Shop Team Members. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
• Scoop ice cream, prepare cones, cups, sundaes, and other menu items with precision and care.
• Operate cash register or POS system to process transactions and handle payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
