Assistant General Manager - Hales Corners

We're looking for leaders who have the desire to learn and grow with future dreams of managing their own restaurant. This is a salaried, full-time role requiring open availability and a strong work ethic.

• Be on the floor 80-90% of the time - making subs, running the line, supporting the team
• Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)
• Help manage schedules, inventory, and training
• Step in for the GM when needed
• Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Follow food safety and health code standards

• Open availability (weekends, early mornings, late evenings)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Dependability and a team-first attitude

• Salary: $38,000-$52,000/year, based on experience
