What You’ll Do

As a Bartender at Oconomowoc Lake Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
Engaging with guests to provide outstanding customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring all items are accounted for.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and personality to the bar. To thrive in this role, you should have:

At least 1 year of bartending experience —you know your way around a shaker and can confidently craft classic cocktails.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts.
Knowledge of beverage preparation and an understanding of responsible alcohol service.
A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
