Position Summary- Join our team as a Retail Assistant and gain hands-on experience in retail logistics, supply chain, inventory management and world class resort customer service. Support our retail team in ensuring smooth product movement, inventory accuracy, merchandising, restocking, retail plans & selling of product while contributing to operational improvements.
- Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain the store, and ensure cleanliness.
- Inventory Counts: Assist with monthly physical inventory counts.
- Logistics Support: Tracking of inventory levels, assisting in transfer orders, & receipt of product.
- Warehouse Coordination: Support efficient stocking and minimize delays.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory systems and assist with logistics reports.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance all retail operations.
- Customer Service Support: Assist golf staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- High school diploma required.
- Enrollment in a two- or four-year degree program in Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); logistics software knowledge a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- At least one year of experience in retail, golf shop, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Hands-on experience in retail logistics, inventory, and supply chain management.
