Front End Service Team Associate

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They assist with customer questions and needs and may need to stand for long periods.
