Retail Wireless Consultant - Part-Time

Job Overview

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They uncover customers' needs, educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions, and meet performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

• Serve and sell to our customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Make the most of shift time, seeking information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50;
Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552
