Retail Brand Coordinator, Kohler Golf Retail

The Retail Brand Coordinator contributes to the guest experience of Kohler Golf Retail by blending front‑of‑house guest service, shop coverage, and execution of visual merchandising standards.

This role is designed for a seasonal retail environment and flexes based on business volume. During the non‑peak season, the position provides selling coverage and operational support on the shop floor. Throughout the season, the role is responsible for maintaining elevated visual standards that align with Kohler’s luxury brand, restocking the sales floor, and giving high level guest service while supporting retail leaders as needed.

This position does not carry ownership of inventory buying, scheduling, or administrative functions, but instead focuses on guest experience, presentation, and presence on the sales floor.

• Provide elevated, on‑brand guest shopping experiences
• Model gracious guest interaction and luxury selling behaviours
• Assist retail leaders with training the seasonal team on luxury brand selling standards
• Serve as flexible coverage in various retail outlets to support staffing needs during slower business periods
• Perform point‑of‑sale transactions, assist guests with product selection, special orders, and general inquiries
• Support retail events, tournaments, and special activations as scheduled

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across various retail locations
• Create and refresh focal tables, product groupings, and displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist with seasonal, holiday, and event‑related visual setups
• Ensure consistency with Kohler brand standards and a premium retail aesthetic
• Partner with Retail Leaders and Coordinators to adjust displays based on sell‑through, and shop flow
• Source and utilise props, fixtures, and visual elements as needed to support displays

• Assist with daily stocking, merchandise organisation, size‑run maintenance, and overall shop appearance
• Support signage, pricing materials, and visual accuracy on the sales floor
• Assist with deliveries to miscellaneous retail outlets
• Provide feedback to retail leadership regarding guest feedback, product presentation, and visual opportunities
• Assist Retail Leaders with special projects, events, and cross‑shop needs

This is a full‑time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between 6:00am - 10:00pm.

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience required and preferably in a luxury retail setting
• Background in merchandising or design is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalency required, associate’s degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to speak graciously with guests and associates.
• Customer service‑oriented personality
• The ability to walk and stand a majority of each shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate’s education and work location.
