Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
