Fashion Team Associate

Help customers find the products they need, from everyday items to special occasions.

Maintain aisles that are neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, and answer questions about merchandise.

Assist customers at the checkout as needed and apply store knowledge to improve customer experience.

Deliver performance-based incentives and contribute to company goals.

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions
