O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail and installer customers and assist them in selecting merchandise;
Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service to retail and professional customers;
Process exchanges and returns for credit and handle cash/credit transactions accurately;
Maintain and secure the cash drawer and assist with daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates, etc.);
Perform in-store services (install wipers, test and charge batteries, etc.) and assist with deliveries when needed
