FLEX Car Wash, family‑owned since 1986 and voted “Greater Milwaukee’s Best Car Wash” by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, is looking for crew members to join our team. This is a starting position with many opportunities to advance in our company. You’ll enjoy a fun work environment while earning competitive hourly pay, generous daily cash tips and the chance to learn new skills.

Starting pay ranges from $12–$15/hr plus a daily cash tip share of approximately $20 to $100 per day. Base hourly pay can increase quickly with total hours worked and experience. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to work outdoors in a fast‑paced team setting, standing on their feet for extended periods.
