Part‑time Hourly Retail Associate

Part‑time, hourly position with a base pay of $15 per hour. Accepts candidates 16 years of age or older.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
• Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow accurately and efficiently.

• No specific educational requirement;
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or fewer years of experience in a retail or customer‑service position.
• Skill operating inventory and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and various retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Work is performed in a fast‑moving retail environment. The role may involve frequently moving items up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location‑specific business trends or forecasts, is required.
